At ELA we believe that successful projects are delivered through a thoughtful implementation strategy that is flexible to adapt to changing market conditions, has clear objectives, a risk mitigation plan, and realistic expectations.




Edgar has over 30 years of experience directing the entitlement, design, and construction of a large portfolio of projects totaling over $5 billion.
