As the former City Architect and Deputy Director of Public Works in San Francisco, Edgar has significant experience serving clients and managing teams of architects, project managers, landscape architects, and construction managers. He has extensive experience in the analysis of construction project delivery methodologies, project budgeting, entitlement, regulatory approvals, bidding & award of contracts, and deep understanding of local workforce concerns and solutions.
