Designed by Arthur Brown Jr. in 1932, houses the Herbst Theater auditorium, the Green Room, Art Galleries and various City offices. this magnificent historic structure was the site of the signing of the United Nations Charter in 1945.
The scope of work included full seismic upgrade, rehabilitation of the 928-seat Historic theater, tenant improvements, new food service facilities and expanded art gallery.
