The new 77,000-square-foot Wellness Center and office building features a sustainable mass timber and cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure. Designed as an all-electric facility and targeting LEED Silver certification, the building will provide a modern, healthy, and energy-efficient environment for the community.
Planned tenants include medical clinics, the Human Services Agency, satellite offices for the District Attorney’s Office, and the Treasurer–Tax Collector. This innovative facility brings essential public services together under one roof, promoting accessibility, efficiency, and community well-being.
